1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PxPlot (pxplot.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PxPlot is a free digital canvas platform where users claim personalized circular plot spaces ("plots") that display their content on a shared, public interactive canvas. Each plot includes a dedicated landing page, embeddable badges, and view analytics.

3. Claiming Plots

  • Claiming a plot is free. No payment is required.
  • Your plot is activated immediately upon claiming.
  • Each plot is reserved for 10 minutes during the claim process to prevent conflicts.
  • Plots are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your plot for:

  • Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence
  • Malware, phishing, or fraudulent links
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Illegal products or services
  • Misleading or deceptive content

We reserve the right to remove content and deactivate plots that violate these terms.

6. Content & Moderation

  • All submitted content (names, URLs, descriptions) is subject to moderation.
  • We may remove or hide content that violates our acceptable use policy.
  • Links are periodically scanned for safety. Dead or malicious links are dimmed on the canvas.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Plot Ownership

  • Purchasing a plot grants you the right to display your content in that plot space.
  • Plots are non-transferable (secondary marketplace planned for a future version).
  • We reserve the right to modify the canvas layout, visual effects, and surrounding elements.
  • Plot ownership does not grant ownership of the platform, its code, or underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

PxPlot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plot(s).

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
